So today judo practice at Mayo Quanchi, we were doing throws with jiujitsu when it got to the ground. Training + Diet.
So I wanted to start this entry by saying that weight loss isn’t a top priority. I have about 5-6 weeks until the ADCC Pro gi trials in Florida.
